The current storybook is designed to be read through the Rosey Flowers browser-based reader. It is not delivered as a downloadable or printable file.
Tell support quickly and include the order number, checkout email, and the exact text that needs review. If the issue is caused by Rosey Flowers, support will work to correct it. If the submitted personalization was entered incorrectly, support will explain what can be adjusted and whether regeneration is needed.

Yes. The first narrator track is included with the personalized digital bedtime story and plays inside the interactive storybook reader when the generated narration is ready. You can use a standard narrator without recording anyone's voice.
Yes. Additional narration tracks are optional. A standard narrator can be used without a personal voice sample. A custom adult voice can be used only when the adult speaker has given permission.
Contact support to request deletion of a custom voice or to stop future use. Removing a custom voice may not remove narration already generated or delivered before the request is processed.
Printed storybooks and gift sets are planned for Fall 2026. Customers can join the print launch list to be notified when ordering opens. Launch timing may be updated as production and fulfilment testing are completed.
No. The digital bedtime story and future printed products are separate purchases. Rosey Flowers will state any future discount or upgrade program only if one is formally approved.
