Digital bedtime story support, refunds, and future print guidance.
Rosey Flowers currently sells a $19.99 personalized digital bedtime story accessed through a browser-based reader. It is not a physical book, PDF, printable file, or downloadable story file. Because each story is generated for one child and one order, refund and correction options depend on whether personalization and generation have started.
- Before generation starts, cancellation or refund options may be reviewed.
- After a personalized digital bedtime story is generated, refunds are limited because the product has been made for that order.
- Support can review typos, missing assets, narration problems, access issues, and obvious technical failures.
- If the Storybook Reader is inaccessible because of a Rosey Flowers technical issue, support will work to restore access or correct the generated files.
- Storybook Reader access is browser-based and can be installed as a PWA where supported.
- Future physical print copy book replacement rules are separate from the current Storybook Reader access policy.
What support can review and fix.
The current product is personalized Storybook Reader access. Support focuses first on making sure the paid storybook can be opened, read, heard, and matches the personalization submitted for the order.
Before generation starts
If you contact support before personalization or generation begins, Rosey Flowers can review whether the order can be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
After generation
After the personalized digital bedtime story is generated, refunds are limited. Support will focus on fixing access, generation, or Rosey Flowers production issues.
Typos and personalization errors
If Rosey Flowers caused the error, support will work to correct it. If the submitted text was entered incorrectly, support will explain what can still be adjusted.
Reader access problems
If a paid reader link, narration track, page art, or generated reader asset is not working, support can investigate and restore or regenerate the affected assets where appropriate.
Questions about Storybook Reader issues.
These answers explain how Rosey Flowers handles refund requests, generated personalized products, corrections, and access problems.
Contact support as soon as possible. If personalization and generation have not started, Rosey Flowers can review whether the order can be changed, cancelled, or refunded. Once generation begins, options may be more limited.
After a personalized digital bedtime story has been generated, it is generally not refundable simply because preferences changed or the order is no longer wanted. Support will still review access problems, missing assets, narration issues, and Rosey Flowers production errors.
Contact support quickly with the exact correction. If generation has not started, support may be able to update the order. After generation, support can review what can be corrected, but a customer-entered typo may require regeneration and is not automatically refundable.
If the submitted personalization was correct but the generated storybook is wrong because of a Rosey Flowers production issue, support will work to correct the affected Storybook Reader assets at no additional charge.
Support can review reader access, missing or broken page art, missing or incorrect narration, timing files, failed generation, broken reader links, and obvious production mistakes. Some fixes may require regeneration and may take additional time.
Contact support with the order number, checkout email, device or browser, and what you see on screen. If the reader is inaccessible because of a Rosey Flowers technical issue, support will work to restore access, repair the generated assets, or provide another reasonable reader-access remedy.
Most support messages are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days. Paid-order access issues are prioritized, but complex generation, narration, or personalization reviews may take longer.
Future printed storybooks will have separate rules for shipping damage, print defects, address issues, and physical replacements. Those future print rules will not change the current Storybook Reader access policy.
Include the order number, the checkout email, the child or book title when relevant, the exact issue, and screenshots or device details if the reader is not working.

Printed storybooks and gift sets are separate products planned for Fall 2026. Launch timing and pricing may change before ordering opens.
